I'm not exactly sure what happened and RTC is not talkin. Sunday morning RTC fell or jumped off the balcony. After 3 days and many tears and search parties and calls to Animal Control and the Shelter. The property Mgr spotted a very hungry and fightned RTC in the North 40 of the Apartment Complex. He is on permanent lockdown and only allowed on the balcony when I am with him. WELCOME HOME RTC!
