First Impressions Matter

Snow Flurries are not rude at all. At least that was my impression.

We have had threats of snow and freezing weather since mid September which is really odd because the last snowfall here was the first week of June a week before I moved out here.

News reports late Saturday said a mix of Rain and Snow after midnight. We had a nice Thunderstorm Saturday Afternoon and I had a big mug of Organic Hot Cocoa to rush the winter in. That big mug kept me awake till after 3am during which time I looked out the window several times hoping to see my first snowfall. It's almost as if I was 7 years old waiting for Santa Claus!

I woke up again at 6am and rushed to the window NO SNOW! I went back to the bedroom and must have fell back asleep. I remember looking up and out the bedroom door through the Living room sliding glass door, I could see rooftops, red and white rooftops.

"No Way- Wayyyyyy!- No Way" Hey That's Snow!!!!!!!

I know it's a tiny bit of snow but it was my first! The God's were kind and trying to be gentle. lol Keep in mind my only perception of ice from the sky is hail and hail can be rude. What I was outside taking a shower in was more like tiny pieces of down blowing and dancing in the wind and sticking to anything it lands on Soft and Fluffy! Yeahhhhhh!
