The worst day of my new job was followed by this wonderful e-mail. The heavens opened up and out came Linda B. This email will forever remind me that going above and beyond for a customer is always better then flying below the radar, just to keep a job. Sadly too few dealerships forget that customers are always important. Not just when they sign on the _ _ _ _ _ _ dotted line for a big ticket item.

Thank you for the valuable information. This is perfect. With the email I can see the vehicle, the specifications, and features. This helps me to understand and educate myself. I want to do some thinking. I will let you know when I am ready to come in. Thanks so much for responding to my needs in a way in which I am comfortable. You are an amazing person!
