HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!

The French Toast has evolved! Meet the Birthday Breakfast!
1 Loaf Lemon Mint White Chocolate Bread from a Farmers Market Baked Fresh!
Tear it up in chunky pieces and put it into a Cast Iron pan that has been rubbed down with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
Sprinkle additional Meyer Lemon Olive Oil over the waiting pieces of bread
In a seperate bowl mix together:
4 organic eggs
some organic sugar (amount depends on how sweet your are, or need to be)
A splash of 1/2 and 1/2
The juice of an orange ( good luck finding a normal one in WYO)
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Salt
Whole Blueberries
Sliced Pink Lady Apples
Pour over bread in skillet
Leave the bread alone to concentrate while it's soaking up the above ingredients
Go watch "Cops" and come back and flip what was on top so it can soak up
what's left on the bottom
Slice off 4 or 5 pats of butter and place on top of your new creation
Sprinkle Top with Organic Cinnamon Sugar
Bake at 350 for 35 min or whenever you decide it's done
Plate and serve with Organic Vanilla Bean Ice cream that has been topped with
Local Handmade Amish Chokeberry Syrup
Stick a candle in it and take it out on the balcony and take a picture of it.
ummmm next time wait a little bit for it to cool before you stick the candle in it, unless of course you like the taste of candle :0)
