A Cult of 1

"I Love Lamp" "I Love Carpet" "I Love Desk" "I Love Lamp... I LOVE LAMP"!

I have flashbacks of the movie "Anchorman" every time I go out and about in town or even on the balcony.

I hopped on the short bus this morning to go to the Farmers Market and noticed that this one was much newer than all the others I had ridden in, and OMG! This one actually had shocks on it!! It was sooooo nice taking the 20 min ride and not getting your back thrown out of whack by all the bumps, I swear some of the buses could send me into early labor (and I'm not even pregnant)!
Although my short bus driver was not as pleasant and friendly as last weeks (but later proved to have a great sense of humor on the ride home) and the 2 other people were reserved and kept to themselves despite my big grinnin "Good Morning!. I sat back and enjoyed my smooth ride and was very grateful for the new vehicle.
"I LOVE BUS"

I got off the bus downtown and started on the short walk to the market. The wind was blowing, falls colors were starting to show and dance in the wind, it was cool outside, about 22 ...

(Celsius) heh heh that's 71 degrees for everyone except Precious Canadian Claudia.

I LOVE SEASONS!

As I stopped and chatted with the vendor I noticed that I was becoming a local.
How did I know? As I was talking I raised my arm and grabbed onto the metal braces that was holding their awning up, I then looked around and noticed most everyone else was doing the same, vendors and customers. All this without missing a beat to the conversation. The wind I later found out was blowing at 39mph.

"I LOVE WYOMING WIND"

As I finished paying for everything I noticed she had some tiny wild strawberries. I had heard how sweet wild strawberries are but I had never tasted them. OMG Soooooo Sweet!

She explained that she never hardly has any to sell because they all get eaten first by....

DA BEARS!

She says she has to sneak out and grab some really fast before she gets company from...
DA BEARS!

I LOVE WYOMING WILDLIFE!

I never knew one place could make me soooooo happy!

My life here is far from settled but if I can be THIS HAPPY during the hard times... I can't wait to see how it feels during the great times!
