Only in the Cowboy State does it seem natural to walk around town and see 8ft painted cowboy boots. Gone are the days of Dawgs playing poker on a velvet background. I find these boots very enDEERing and worth every BUCK the city spent on them.

Today was the first day of our Farmers Market out here. They will be out for the next 6 Saturdays. June 8th brought a heavy frost and some snow to parts of Cheyenne and killed a few crops. No doubt the planting season is a bit shorter out here.
Lunch! I was planning on cooking up some Organic fresh green beans tonight but apparently i had enough bags, cuz I left my beans and berries at one of the stands

No worries there's always next time!
BTW this beautiful piece of corn is the "peaches and cream" variety and it was cooked in the oven in it's own husk at 250 for 1 hr. It was wonderfully fresh and popped with flavor!
